The blue ones don't keep the bowl clean, only the blue ones.
Pay attention to the negative reviews. I use blue fillers because of my septic tank. Useless except to turn the water blue. Cleaning the blue ring around the perimeter of the water surface is more difficult than cleaning the bowl without it. They do a terrible job of keeping the bowl clean. I put regular bleach in one of the toilets and it lasted quite a while due to occasional use in this bathroom and it works great.
