On the 2005 Honda Odyssey the PCV valve is located just below the oil dipstick (slightly to the right). I unscrewed one screw by 10 (a swivel-head ratchet will help), carefully pulled out the old one, put a new one in, tightened the screw. Literally in 5 minutes. Comes with O-rings already installed, lightly lubricate with engine oil prior to installation. I made this change because I have 198,000 miles and burn a quart of oil every 1000 miles. This has never been changed (as far as I can remember) so I figured it couldn't hurt since it's such a simple change. There has not been enough time to determine if there is a difference in oil consumption.
