Quality is better than the price. F350 '92 with C-6. Full ratchet switches can be a nuisance in the woods. Using a slightly different, slower technique, this switch works without blocking. If you switch quickly, it prevents skipping. I didn't like that I could accidentally go into neutral, so I shortened the linkage (3rd shows neutral, 2nd shows 3rd, etc.). You must pull up the "T" to go into Neutral, Reverse, Park. I wouldn't install this in a specific race car, but would definitely upgrade a worn shifter. The hardest part of the installation was the tiny cotter pin in the shifter bracket.
