This record is useless and complete garbage. I plugged it in and it worked for about 3 minutes, now windows reports device error trying to format. The USB power adapter that comes with it is too small to securely hold the device, doesn't work when I plug it into something, and lies like it's USB 3.0. The adapter has a blue connector that indicates it's USB 3.0, but a simple visual inspection shows it doesn't have the required extra pins, and even if it does, it's too small for those pins to touch .
