The mirrors were packaged pretty well. When I installed them, the triangular body and "shield" finish didn't quite match my 2011 XLT, leaving a small gap at the lower front of the "shield". Big flat mirrors don't electrically adjust up and in (on the driver's side) far enough, and if you move the mirrors as far as possible from afar they distort badly, giving everything behind you a fun, cozy reflection. So flat mirrors are very thin, obviously not glass, and don't travel far enough to be usable. Forcing them manually works somewhat, but you're supposedly paying for remote-adjustable electric mirrors. The convex safety mirrors on the bottom only fill 3/4 of the sculpted space, making it look like a "good enough" quick fix. All in all I wasted over $225. Get yours elsewhere. I.
