To the manufacturer, not to the seller: I don't understand this jug. The replacement part we received had *exactly* the same broken handle as the one we returned. At the top where the handle attaches to the vase, there is a crack on the top of the handle about halfway down the handle at right angles to the handle. And then, about 1/2 inch apart, at the bottom of the handle, there's another crack that's about 1/2 the length of the handle. These cracks are wide enough to fit a fingernail through. And then there are 2 slots on both sides of the handle on the side connecting the other 2 slots. So with all these cracks, there is only a small piece of hard plastic connecting the handle to the vase, maybe 1/8" x 1/8". Although the grip appears solid where there are cracks, it looks dangerous. If you zoom in on Revain, this image has the same cracks. Is this how the pitcher is made? Should it look like this? what happened to it
