This is a great product. Super durable. I like how many ounces it holds. And it's wide at the top so I can take it out and hand wash it or throw it in the dishwasher. I'm very picky about my pitchers and this one is by far my favourite.

I ordered this jug to replace the one I had for a long time and finally started leaking. I really liked the shape and the description seemed to fit my needs. When I received the jug I definitely thought it was smaller than my old one and wouldn't hold as much liquid. Luckily, looks can be deceiving and I believe this one actually holds up more! It is well designed and fits perfectly in my fridge.

I bought this item because it is acrylic and looks a lot like glass. My main concern was that there were no ice tea stains (like other cheap plastic jugs do). I appears to be small, but the large amount of liquid it can hold can be misleading. Very happy with this product.

To the manufacturer, not to the seller: I don't understand this jug. The replacement part we received had *exactly* the same broken handle as the one we returned. At the top where the handle attaches to the vase, there is a crack on the top of the handle about halfway down the handle at right angles to the handle. And then, about 1/2 inch apart, at the bottom of the handle, there's another crack that's about 1/2 the length of the handle. These cracks are wide enough to fit a fingernail through.
