almost 5 stars for it - the nozzle is not metal but plastic - the nozzle is not a button like in the photo, it is a rocker switch. works great but not as pictured. The weight on the retractable hose is really heavy hitting the water supply pipes under the sink. at this weight it's inevitable for me. - The quick connector for the main hose is certainly quick to connect, but good luck disconnecting. I wanted to try the slip-on weight on the previous faucet to keep it from hitting the pipes, but I couldn't get rid of that damn quick release. In addition, the installation was very easy. It comes with almost all the necessary tools (two Allen keys) if you use a tool to remove and replace hot/cold water lines. I could only do it with my own hands. The on/off button is very smooth and linear and easy to reach. The water flow is slightly less than full flow but still powerful. The nozzle is very easy to control. I chose this. because of the overall shape, the simplified design and the angle that the nozzle is pointing is what I was looking for. The price was closer to the offer as I didn't want to spend more than $200 for a faucet.
