Actually this machine is quite weak. I should have known better than to make that impulse buy, but it was only $10 at the grocery store and I'm the only person in my house who sometimes wants to eat waffles. The waffle takes a LONG time to cook, and by some standards the end result is a little soggy. If you're picky about the texture or crispiness of your waffles, this machine is definitely not for you. I like it. The waffles didn't stick. The waffle maker made enough waffles for me and I had time to wait out the very slow cooking process. In addition, the price was right. I can't justify paying exponentially for a fancy waffle maker that makes too many waffles at once or tips them over (imagine how fun it would be to clean them up) and nobody but me would ever use it. I also wanted square waffles and there aren't very many of those. So I'm lucky enough. Don't go wild on it, and since it's a cheap, crappy design, it's likely to break pretty quickly. I'll let you know when that happens.
