I would say that it is not far from the warm feeling of UA that you have to pay 70.00 for, but much more comfortable, I have Bought UA for first layer and it fits very snug on the body for size 2X then I put that on top and I can honestly say you don't need anything else for 25 and up, for 20 and under I use 4.0 base layers, 2 of them , and North Side Coat , then you'll be ready for pretty much anything the Bottom 48 can throw at you. It was 17 degrees outside and I didn't feel any of that.
