I love this product but the inadequacy is killing me! I want the same color and quantity every time I order. It's a simple thing. The photos I have attached are what I received when I ordered item C. The one on the left is much brighter, smoother, and of better quality. The other on the right is a scratched, dented, darker and slightly smaller version of an item that CI received 5 or 6 of in each order - not sure why the quantity is changing? Maybe it depends on who's packing? How can the buyer be sure that they are getting exactly what they expect?! I think order from another company if you can't be sure you will get what you order! Why does the price change so often? It's $6.99 one minute and $12.99 the next. Who is drunk at work - everyone?!
