Some other reviews worried me about this but it's better than expected! The kit includes a practice net, a target, a lawn mat and a bag of golf balls - everything you need to start playing. The net is set up like a tent; It's kind of a bit complicated, but you should be able to figure it out if you have any camping experience at all. We installed it on a windy day and it moves a bit but still puts the ball in the net well. As for the quality of the mesh itself, I haven't had any problems so far. We had a small family picnic outside and it was the excitement of the day - everyone took turns on a couple of swings. And survived with no problems! If you watch the video you can see that it takes a pretty good hit with no issues and we've sent plenty of ways of it with similar intensity. Haven't had it long enough to know if it will stand the test of time, but so far I haven't had any problems. In general, the set is good, I like it! It certainly makes outdoor family picnics more fun.
