The quality of the finished product is good but these new Keen sandals are a huge improvement over the other (3) pairs of Keen sandals I own. The overall size (width, length, sole thickness, etc.) has been significantly reduced. I had to return the original size 12 sandals and order a size 13. All my other Keen shoes are a size 12. Physically and visually Keen's new line of sandals is disappointing. Unfortunately I bought online (based on a previous great experience) without checking in a retail store.
