UPDATE 5/19/21. FALWEDI customer service contacted me after seeing my first review. They were 100% willing to fix my disappointment and sent a replacement. I have to say I'm pretty sure the original kit I got was just a bad kit because the replacement works fine. Throughout the process, FALWEDI stayed in touch and heard how I felt about their service. The team at this company is by far the best I have ever worked with in terms of customer satisfaction. In fact, they cared more about my needs than anything else. I think it's hard to find in a company and as a consumer I appreciate it. Now to the product! I love it! A set of wireless headphones makes my life much easier. I'm studying at an online school and I'm raising two children under the age of two. It's hard, but now I can take notes in my textbook (audio books) while I do my homework. With these headphones I can speak, convey my ideas and take notes for my tasks. The sound quality is excellent and my family can hear me clearly on the phone. I like that I can also answer and end calls using the headphones. For $20 these headphones make my life a lot easier. I wanted to try them out for a full week before writing a review. They arrived on time and the packaging was in excellent condition. The instructions were easy to read and the initial setup went according to plan. Unfortunately, the right earphone was accidentally unplugged while making a call. During a phone call with her sister, she described the noise as indistinct. To them it sounded like I was underwater, otherwise the sound would cut off. They're not particularly noise-cancelling, but that didn't bother me. In the week I've had it, I've only had to charge it twice. **Update: I charged it overnight to prepare for a meeting the next day. Everything was fine, the headphones indicated fully charged. An hour after my meeting, they died. So disappointing** In terms of sound quality, there are no volume controls on the headphones. They are not as loud as we would like. When I use them individually, I can hardly hear if there is any noise around me. If you use both together they are pretty good.
