UPDATE 5/19/21. FALWEDI customer service contacted me after seeing my first review. They were 100% willing to fix my disappointment and sent a replacement. After I posted my comment the company contacted me to send me a replacement due to poor microphone quality. The replacement mic works fine so I've added a star for service and a working mic. I was under the impression that the vendor had a known issue with the mic so hopefully they will address it broadly but if you get a bad mic feel free to let them know.
