Review on Kohler GP85556-CP: Chrome Slip Diverter Bath Spout for Effective Water Control by Brian Healy

I used this product to replace my old Kohler spout. This is a simple device with very simple instructions. This should be easy to install if you have the right tool (Allen wrench). However, there are a few things to consider before purchasing this product: 1. Make sure your pipe length is between 1 1/2" and 2 7/8". I received this measurement from Kohler Customer Service. These are the correct properties of the pipe. 2. Beware, as other reviews have pointed out, they can leak. Mine was dripping out of the spout when I went into shower mode so I contacted Kohler customer service with the purchase details and after a few questions they sent me a replacement unit.
