Christmassy seat covers were created with the jingle bell. Some had small dents and/or scratches that weren't really noticeable. As long as you're not using them for things that will be seen up close, they serve their purpose and are very valuable. They don't ring as loud as rattles/rattles. So if you want to use them like real wind chimes they won't work for you, but for decorative accents they'll do just fine.
