Charged and prepared for installation. There were 24 small white zip ties to attach the lights to the spokes, 4 of these were broken in the box, the first one I tried to work with, the next 3 were so brittle they fell apart when I tried to attach the lights to the spokes. spokes I've never heard a response from the company about a replacement hence the poor rating. Ordered replacement cable ties from Revain for under $6 (100 pack) and they worked great and I was happy to have extras BUT didn't have to order or pay for them. Once I had new unbreakable zip ties, installation was easy. but the original skinny ties were disappointing.
