First of all let me say that I love this Christmas decoration. However, it has the disadvantages of Flaws1. It's single sided, so the back panel is an open panel showing the electrical components, not fully closed as it appears.2. the cable is really short. I had to run a small extension through my tree to power it.3. It doesn't have an on/off switch, so you have to turn it off every time you want to turn it off. Generally, my tree is in a corner, so one-sidedness wasn't a problem. The front is exactly the same as the picture and it shines beautifully. I would suggest ordering a green non-invasive power strip so you can run it through a tree to get power.
