Review on ACDelco D1425B Professional Trunk Lock by James Broome

During the restoration of my 74th Nova hatchback I had to replace the hatchback lock cylinder. The old one got stuck and I couldn't get the key out. Keep in mind that the hatchback has a different stem that runs from the back of the lock barrel to the latch assembly, so you'll need to keep that if installing on a hatchback. The clip is also different, so you need to save and reuse the clip as well. Both the clip and shaft were in excellent condition so nothing to worry about and the lock barrel wasn't difficult to replace. For very little money, my tailgate is closed again and I can open it without any problems.
