Does not include all tools needed to service all vehicles. Prepare to shell out an additional $200 to complete this previously announced full set. OTC support and customer service are a joke. I first contacted tech support who was quick to reply that OTC does not make the tools needed to work on engines that have not been used in over 4 years and that I would need to use Ford Rotunda OEM tools. Further research showed that the OEM tool is made by OTC, further contact with technical support confirmed that the tool is made by OTC with a known part number. Finally, contacting support was a complete joke! What do you actually call your support people? Got me going all the time and the only offer of assistance was if I would buy the missing tool for the low price of $180 to complete the set it was supposed to be in. Support offered nothing to fix the problem. to me. No excuses. How about we stop advertising the kit as covering all engines? no Completely useless and unsatisfactory customer service for a long time with over-the-counter tools. I'm a fan and have long recommended OTC tools, but after that I will no longer support them and recommend others to avoid OTC completely.
