I agree with what a lot of the reviews said. It is a little difficult to screw the backs on and on holes higher on the lobe it does hurt a little when putting them in the first time. My second and third holes in both ears were sore for about a week and then after that I haven't hardly had a problem. That being said, I bought them because everything else I had tried had irritated them. With these earrings I had only 1 time that 1 of the holes got just slightly irritated for maybe a day. Not sure if I maybe slept on it wrong. I have worn them to bed and in the shower. Actually I only took them out to change to the second set. When I took them out the holes that were difficult to get them in the first time didn't have an problem at all. They slid right in. I would totally recommend these to anyone who has a problem with sensitive ears.
