There are joycons that needed a solution and then I also bought a professional controller so I went with this one. First, I received a defective charger. As I unpacked it, I noticed a few small pieces of plastic floating around. Then, when I picked it up, I could feel/hear the movement of all its internal parts. I assumed it was broken but I checked anyway and sure enough, the joycons weren't charging. I received Amazon two minutes later and asked for a replacement. They shipped it straight away and the next morning I sent the broken one to UPS. I got it replaced in 2 days, everything is in perfect condition. Works perfectly. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Also a bit compact. I went through this entire statement to point out that the customer service was great and there was no problem getting a working device, so the person who gave the bad review for the same problem is just happy to complain. I'm just saying.
