After missing the delivery date, I was grateful that I received the press at all. Unfortunately, when I opened and used the item, I found that the heating plate was deformed. This caused uneven pressing, resulting in a small number of usable products. On the plus side, the color is accurate, but the cons outweigh the pros. Pros: - Arrived - color is exactly the same as the photo. Machine x15". Cons: Smells very, very bad even after the initial "burn-in" period. The bottom plate under the silicone gasket also gets quite hot for some reason. Hopefully my replacement works better, I've had a very hard time getting a replacement from Revane .I have placed three separate orders, the first of which arrived late and turned out to be defective, the second does not arrive at all thereby losing production time, and the third is currently on "delivery" status to hope it arrives right on.
