Review on 🏭 De'Longhi ECP3420 Bar Pump Espresso & Cappuccino Machine, 15-inch, Black by Ronald Orear

I am a professional barista and have been looking for a home machine to get me through the day for a while. After looking at many different models and reading many product reviews, I finally settled on this DeLonghi model. Unpacking and setting up is very easy. Basically, all you have to do is plug it in, fill up and take pictures. I feel like this learning curve can be a little tricky if you have no shooting experience, because this little machine does exactly what the larger machines I've worked with do: expert handheld shots. The heart, body and creams are easily distinguishable in each frame and the flavor is absolutely impeccable. You have to learn to time your shots as it doesn't turn off automatically and you can see in the video I dragged for a long time but the shot still tasted perfect after that tug. Very impressive. The only accessory that comes with this machine is a shovel/masher in one tool, so you'll need to find your own demitass and steamer. It's very easy to clean. You can tap the washing machine straight into the bin or tap out the box without digging the grounds out of the portafilter. Dismantling the steam bath is also easy: simply remove the lid and wipe it with a damp paper towel. 100% recommend to anyone and everyone. I feel that most of the negative reviews about this machine are due to user error. So if you are new to espresso machines, be diligent and do your homework first as this may not be as easy as you would expect without practice.
