Review on Competencybook by Larry Blanco

I love how accurate it is. This tool makes me feel like I am more confident when giving presentations to my team, clients etc. As soon as you start looking for it, you'll find ways to customize everything you need in order to become the best you can be. So far the only thing i dislike about competencybook, is there's no automatic report of everything we look up, since it is so customizable they have to individually send out an invoice if you request them to do one (it has been awhile though so maybe they changed this). Make sure you are very comfortable before using it, this is not something that everyone will be able to access easily but if you are prepared then you should get great results! We started creating profiles online after searching to see what others were saying and then we realized that we needed to start doing it ourselves. It gave us the confidence we needed to actually begin our own assessments. It is not difficult to use, it has all of the necessary features we need for our clients at work so you can not go wrong using this program! The best part about competencies book is there are no extra charges on how long you stay logged into their system or what level package they offer (basic/business). I highly recommend these products when looking out for programs like them especially because they have great prices.
