Very easy to use! I managed to fix the clicking fan in our bedroom on my own without knowing how to do it before reading the instructions. I asked my husband if he could do it within a year and a half. And finally, I ordered this thing one night for a few bucks, and two days later it got to me. Simple instructions. Basically trial and error until you figure out where to put the weight on the blade to stop the clicking! I would say I fixed the fan to about 99% in just two attempts at different spots. :) A little more trial and error and I was able to do it completely silently.
