The EZDC Online Store offers subpar goods and unresponsive customer service.

I frequently buy kitchen and home goods online, so when I recently discovered EZDC, I was eager to look over their selection of home accessories. However, I had a bad overall experience with their online store. First of all, the website was challenging to use and missing crucial product information. Finding the data I required to make an informed purchase proved to be difficult. When I finally made the decision to buy something, the checkout process was fraught with problems. I had to make multiple efforts to finish my order because the website kept crashing. Unfortunately, my dissatisfaction didn't end when my order came. The things I received did not resemble the internet images at all. They were shoddy constructed and had obvious defects and shortcomings. In addition, the goods were smaller than I had expected them to be based on the hazy descriptions on the internet. Even worse, I got no answer when I tried to call customer service to express my concerns. I tried contacting them by phone, email, and even social media messages, but no one ever responded. It appears as though they have no regard for their clients. My overall interaction with EZDC was a total disappointment. I would strongly advise against shopping at this online business due to the deceptive website, the subpar products, and the lack of customer support. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid the trouble when buying home decor.
