The instructions are completely incomprehensible. If they can't spend $50 to hire someone who can even look at the manual, I can't risk my life using this. There is a ground screw that you must manually ground to a painted external source. This must be connected to the nut, which is painted along with the threads. The instructions ask you to connect ground to position. I assume they mean well, but how the hell am I supposed to know. The instructions state that you should not use this unless you are a professional and nationally certified, not for DIY. Maybe it's a phenomenal machine and it works great. But I don't want to die to find out.
