Great fit. The strings need a knot to tie them.
Tie knots at the ends of the shoelaces on both sides, otherwise you'll pull the shoelaces every time you wash them. Otherwise these shorts are great. They are really soft. The belt keeps them on my son and he can easily pull them up and down.
