The coffee is fragrant, but after 1.5 years of use, shortcomings have come out, the cappuccinatore has broken, namely, plastic clamps, sealing rubber bands and it is almost impossible to wash the milk tube itself, the rubber seal of the receiving hopper for used ground coffee has jammed, the sensor for closing the lower receiving tray for water sometimes it fails and the coffee brewing process is interrupted, sometimes when preparing espresso, it simply pours warm water until you turn it off forcibly with the button. It works very loudly, especially the coffee grinder and cappuccinatore. It is not possible to prepare a drink from already ground coffee (for example, grain coffee is filled, and you would like to prepare another kind of coffee already ground, in some models there is such an opportunity - the required amount is poured into a separate receiver). In general, an expensive bulky noisy device, which of course will delight at first, but it is better not to count on durability.
