After using this product for almost a month in combination with two additional trackers in conditions ranging from heavy rain to snow to areas without cell service, I have come to the conclusion that this is a great GPS is for pets. What I like best is that these trackers and controllers don't require a cellular signal to work, they even work in airplane mode. There's an option in the settings that I partially like that can be set to track at 10, 30, or 60 second intervals. The connection time between the phone, controllers and trackers is fast, averaging less than 30 seconds. The charging box is another big plus as the charging box has its own internal battery and can charge the controller and trackers when needed without a USB port. The distance in the app feature is wrong sometimes, but the map in the app can fix this issue when it occurs. No GPS is 100% accurate. The third feature I like about the tracker app is the ability to download offline maps. Maps in the default view have contour lines similar to USGS maps. The intervals of the contours are 10 meters apart, which also helps determine the distance to the pet. Once a day, I charge the trackers and controllers for about 2 hours every day, which is enough to easily live 24 hours with pets. I could go on and on but at the end of the day this is an amazing GPS setup and pets have a way of being tracked.
