I trust K&N filters and they are installed in most of my cars. They last a long time and work exactly as advertised. You won't hear or feel a gigantic performance boost, but you can rest assured that this filter will perform better than the stock filter, last longer, and be easy to clean and reuse. If you're looking for a significant increase in performance and sound improvement, you won't find this. If you expect great quality and some gain that you most likely can't feel or hear, you'll love this filter. I added the exhaust and the power commander at the same time and now the bike looks and sounds amazing. It was an improvement day and night. Now it works better in every way. Still not a road bike, but definitely a great road bike!
