Very durable and dishwasher safe.

Very durable, dishwasher safe. Bought to be able to squeeze elderberries while making elderberry syrup on the stove, this works great. The handle protects her hands from burns when working with hot food, my wife is unhappy I bought it as she already had a plastic one but I have found that she only uses it now. recommended
