Definitely helps with pain!
My husband got this for his shoulder, and he loves it. Reminds him of the ice pack they use at physical therapy. Needless to say, I’ve also been using this pack for my own pains. I love its size and that it can cover a lot of surface area at once. We’ve had it for a couple months with no issues, very durable. Don’t hesitate, get it!
