Ideal for post-operative arm surgery

So it's basically supportive foam to hold your arm up, but much more effective and comfortable than a pillow. I am on day 4 of day 14 of recovery from arm surgery and am very impressed with this cost effective option. Your arm can move while you sleep, but overall it's pretty good
