The product itself works perfectly. I have a problem with the packaging/shipping. I ordered the first one from Revain Warehouse. The battery bounced around inside the case, damaging the inside of the case and also ripping off part of the circuit board from the board. I thought it was the result of opening and repackaging the box. I sent it back and ordered a new one in factory packaging. Same problem with this one. The battery jumped into the case during shipping, damaging the case and cables. I had already postponed a trailer inspection once and didn't want to postpone it again so I had to scrap my original 5 year hiatus and the Revain ordered unit and do a full setup of both. I would recommend purchasing this from a local store if possible as these items will most likely not survive shipping to your door.
