The product is a good idea! The manufacturer or the design has many shortcomings. But let's start with the delivery first. Now let's start with the cons. The first major downside is the case itself. USE, REPEAT, DO NOT USE the included case while there is a protective film on the screen! I wore the original ZAGG Invisi-shield thin profile. The phone is stuck in the case. When I say stuck, I mean stuck. It took me about 15 minutes to get my phone out. It's possible to just put the phone in the case on its own, but then it rattles a little and causes scratches on the back of the phone as it seems to have little plastic plugs for holes in the hard shell when you put it in. The second downside is that they offer lens covers for the lens, so you can protect the lens when you're not using your phone. Fortunately, however, they don't fit while the lens is attached to the body due to the black latch. With the body closed and the latch locked, it is completely impossible to attach the lens cap; THIS JUST DOESN'T FIT! I read so many reviews and videos on YouTube and everyone praised this case. Unfortunately, these reviewers either missed some design flaws in their testing, or quite frankly, they shouldn't have been writing reviews if they'd missed the obvious. the units are made in the same way with the same dimensions and materials; I don't see how there wouldn't be the same problems in another case. If the product works for you, that's great news and I would say you will definitely love it. It's a training case with very hard plastic and like I said, it has a concept. I can't say how effective the impregnation is because I haven't gone that far yet. I didn't want to bother myself either as I noticed the bottom rubber grommet was weak and falling out. No point in going further than asking for a FULL REFUND!
