NO lifting device - no more support than an ace bandage and uncomfortable to put on my sore ankle
Doesn't provide enough support at all and it was painful for me to put it on my injured ankle. buy an elastic bandage or, if you need real support, a splint. The Ossur Form Fit ankle brace got 5 stars and I rated it.
