I want to start by saying the product is great but I'm not very happy with how the company handled my order. I've had a lot of things go wrong and no explanation. It took a long time to receive the item from the seller because they gave me someone else's tracking number so my order was delivered to someone else. on the computer my goods were delivered but when I called it was a completely different name and address. so how does it go. This isn't the only order I've had and I still haven't contacted the seller for my second order. I had to write a complaint.
