I consider myself an advanced user and do a significant amount of shopping online, so I was delighted to try out the IDOPIP online store. On the other hand, my experience was less than satisfying. The shoes that I received were both uncomfortable and poorly manufactured, and the apparel that I had ordered had loose threads and poor sewing. It took far longer than was claimed to deliver the package, which was quite annoying, and the packing was destroyed when it finally did arrive. When I attempted to get assistance from customer service, I was met with comments that were both unhelpful and condescending. My interactions with IDOPIP were, on the whole, less than satisfying, and as a result, I would not suggest that other people shop at their online business. Unfortunately, IDOPIP did not live up to my anticipations in terms of both the quality of their products and the level of service they provided.
