Our sunroom can get quite warm in the summer months. I wanted something like this to help cut down on the UV rays while still allowing light to fill the room.Installation was not too difficult. I cleaned the window, removed the transparent backing, sprayed the window with more water, and then applied the film to the damp window.After application, I used a utility knife to trim away the excess from the window. There is a slight learning curve and figuring out how to apply it with minimal bubbles. However, it is easily repositionable if you discover you made an error in application.I like the look of the film. It gives the window and almost Mosaic effect. In addition to cutting down on sun it also offers a little bit of additional privacy.
