The part was of excellent quality and two months later it still works as expected. My car: Volkswagen Jetta 2.5 PZEV 5 cylinder gas engine. My trouble code was P0455 (EVAP system leak) (large leak) 113,000 miles. In most cases, if you see this code, it is always your flush valve. However, if the code does appear, simply inspect all fuel lines (for frayed wires), fuel leaks, gas caps, etc. for wear or damage. However, this code usually appears for the flush valve, which is an easy task and shouldn't be a difficult one. I would also recommend if you are looking to replace this part that you also purchase stainless steel hose clamps and replace the old ones to ensure a new tight seal. This got me rid of engine codes very quickly and I am now code free. This product is highly recommended!
