I like how easy it is for all my different departments within Harbor assist, such as accounting or customer service etc., can log into one dashboard so we have better visibility of our business performance across each department at any given time in real-time! The only thing that could be improved would maybe having more customization options available when creating new accounts? But overall this has been very helpful with tracking everything related to operations & managing personnel throughout every stage from hiring process through onboarding employees up until retirement (or if they are still working).
