This automatic pasta maker is great! This makes pasta and noodles much quicker and easier to prepare. We used it to make yellow egg noodles, vermicelli, and rice noodles for our traditional Vietnamese dishes. The motor is fairly quiet, and the agitator blades mix flour, eggs, and other ingredients well. All parts are removable, making cleaning easier and ensuring no food is left inside the machine, which can lead to further mold growth. I chose red and it looks great on our kitchen countertop too. This machine is definitely worth the money if you are preparing your own food to ensure it is healthier and cleaner so no chemicals are added in the process.
