Well, I have a stack of Technics and Panasonic devices. I have never been disappointed with anything purchased from this company. I'm sure there are setbacks, but I haven't landed any of them. This product loads fairly quickly compared to some of my older DVD machines. That's nice. The remote works seamlessly with my other devices and is easy to set up to avoid conflicts with my same brand DVD player which is still in my rack. We don't really prioritize the time to learn and make good use of all the features, and basically just evaluate unit price and the ability to buy new media after Blu-Ray wins. We don't use online features, so we can't talk about online features. We don't usually subscribe to many online services.
