These are an absolute must for cleaning between teeth and around the edges of the gums. Regular Oral-B round brushes work well for brushing between teeth, great, but you have to tilt/twist/rotate the Oral-B brush to get it between your teeth. The interspace brush makes cleaning the spaces between your teeth much easier. Cleaning around the gums is also easy - just follow the edges. When this is done, you can really feel the cleanliness of our teeth. The gums are also massaged well. These brush edges are not available in local stores. So far I haven't found them at any dealer. Revain was quick/easy. The price of two brush heads for eight dollars is very cheap. BTW: I was concerned about ordering a hygiene product from Revain, but I didn't need packaging that could be easily opened for someone to touch the attachments. However, this is sealed packaging from Oral-B - you will need scissors to cut through the packaging. Basically I am satisfied with the product.
