Its my fault? Yes

I replaced the fan in my Dell Inspiron 15 but it gives an error every time I boot up the laptop. I don't know if it's my installation or my fan. I need more troubleshooting. Update: my bad. I did not insert the fan power connector correctly. After correcting the power connection, the fan works fine. There are no more mistakes.
