Okay so I gave this product 1 star because it only took 20 minutes on my phone. Need directions / I didn't even know they were. Turns out I put it on wrong! * There is an adhesive circle that you attach before you attach the product (which really helps create a strong seal against the body). from the edge of the holder. (Which worked great!) It only lasted a few minutes after the first one. I was so sad BUT I liked the product so much that I decided to order another one in the same style from the same seller. They are both great but this one is still my favorite! It looks so good, I love it! It's really pretty and doesn't look cheap. This is my favorite phone holder so far. I really can't describe how happy I am with this! It's classy, elegant, extravagant, but not so offensive. I LOVE it Also the seller contacted me and was very helpful, I liked the product so much that when they contacted me I already bought a replacement (which happened immediately) but if I didn't have so much real customer service, what you told me i would probably buy it again. In fact, they were so nice and answered my questions, listened to my feedback. I was very impressed with how helpful and nice they were.
