I had a chance to use them and Wow they are great!

I have used both Pizza pans now and they are wonderful. Using my cutting wheels on them have not even scratched them. Burnt on cheese, sauce etc. washes off like they were almost non stick. leaving no sign of staining. I Love these pans. They are very heavy duty too.

Can withstand high temperatures in the oven without warping

Can stain or discolor with prolonged use

Better than expected, I thought these were going to be thin as paper and the were not. They have not warped, I also used to make chocolate chip cookies and did not stick after allowing to cool. If you want pan to shine, clean with vinager
